ouch, this is going to start off short, but end up long!
I want to (start) a list of things I need to do to complete this build. I want this whole blog to be about trying to answer every questions ahead of time. Ok so maybe not everything but I got some time before we break ground. We've already got a few setbacks like job loss and well life!
